RESERVATION

We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract.
Your booking will be confirmed via email, please review and confirm that all the details are correct.
Your reservation includes complimentary parking and WiFi.
Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag, or similar parties unless specifically prearranged. The Druidstone reserves the right to turn such groups away on arrival and charge in full.

PAYMENT

The Druidstone reserves the right to validate and pre-authorise all credit cards prior to arrival to cover any extras or incidentals above the total amount payable for the duration of your stay.
Your booking will be guaranteed against a credit card, subject to the cancellation policy detailed below. If you wish to check out before your reserved date of departure all remaining nights will be charged as a late cancellation fee.
The Druidstone accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, BACS payments, ApplePay, GooglePay, cheques and cash payments.
The Druidstone do not accept Discover or Diners Club cards or American Express.
The deposit cannot be used as a reduction towards the entire stay if the number of nights have been reduced.

CANCELLATION

Guests are invited to consider an independent holiday insurance scheme.
As a small hotel, we believe that it is only fair to others that we make a charge if you cancel at the last minute and don't let us know in advance. It helps keep the prices down, too, for everyone!

Deposits will be kept should you cancel within seven days of arrival. All cancellations and modifications after that will be charged the deposit. The remaining nights of the booking will also be charged in full unless we are able to resell the accommodation.

If you fail to cancel and do not show up, you will be charged the deposit. The remaining nights of the booking will also be charged in full unless we are able to resell the accommodation. Any request to cancel a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation confirmation. Until you do so, your booking will still be considered valid and cancellation penalties may be incurred. If you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation within 24 hours of your initial request, please ensure you contact us without delay.

If you make the booking via a third-party site (i.e. a booking agency or affiliate site), you must cancel through them. Very occasionally we may need to cancel your booking. In such circumstances you will be given a full refund but we shall have no further liability to you arising out of such cancellation.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

You may check in any time after 2.00pm for the Hotel and 4pm for the Cottages. Check out is up to 11.00AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested subject to availability and may be charged. Please contact the hotel for details.

DAMAGE WAIVER

We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.
